JANTY GRANTS KOREAN DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS TO CIGNIT

JANTY (JANTY TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC – JANTY NETHERLANDS) has granted distribution rights for official Janty products in the Korean territory to CIGNIT, a privately held company headquartered in Seoul - Korea.

In January 2011, JANTY had entered into a definitive agreement to grant distribution rights for official Janty products in the Korean territory to CIGNIT, an electronic cigarettes provider in Asia. Preparations where made for an official distributorship signing ceremony to be held on 20 January in Seoul, Korea.

Cignit is managed by Judy Yom who represented Janty in the Korean territory and in Japan in 2009-2010. Cignit provides e-cigs in Korea through a chain of fashion orientated e-cig stores.

Cignit and Janty will achieve unprecedented levels of sales, effectiveness, quality and close collaboration by delivering uniquely designed electronic cigarettes backed by the acclaimed cutting edge Janty technology.

Cignit will be integrated into Janty's e-cig development business.
