HOW TO OPEN A HELP DESK TICKET

     

  1. For Europe-based and worldwide purchases, register an account in the Janty Europe web shop or login if you already have one.
  2.  

  3. For U.S.-based purchases, register an account in the Janty USA web shop or login if you already have one.
  4.  

  5. Once logged in, click on “MY JANTY” on the top navigation menu.
  6.  

  7. In the HELP DESK section, you have three options:
    • OPEN A TICKET – Choose this if you are going to make a new Help Desk ticket. A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.
    • MY OPEN TICKETS – Choose this if you already had submitted a ticket/s and you’re just back to follow it up.
    • MY ORDERS – Check on your order status.
